Hire him as a exclusive recruiting coordinator.

Unless I am missing something, its within the rules. The rule says your only allowed 10 on field coaches. In theory you could separate it and make the recruiting coordinator a separate staff position.

He still wouldn't be able to recruit off campus. That's the detail people keep missing when they say add him as a non on field coach. O could still do damage as an on campus recruiter and on the phone but he's one of the best recruiters in the business so you don't want him limited in any capacity. Only the 10 on field coaches can recruit off campus

Orgeron needs to be in living rooms. I always imagine him on 4 day benders visiting 50 recruits over that time.
