The potential recruits Smart could possibly bring with him is exciting on its own. In the mean time, I don't believe a lick of it. When I see multiple credible media sources say Smart to LSU, then I'll believe.

What would be the reasons Kirby Smart would make a lateral move to LSU? Serious question. What would he gain besides money possibly and that will be close if not the same to what he is earning now seemingly.

The opportunity to not work 18 hour days, to prove it's his defense, not Saban's. Maybe he knows Saban is hanging it up in the near future, and he's not in line to be the replacement. Maybe he just wants a change of scenery.
