Am I the only person pissed off about McCarthy

LSU's investigation determined McCarthy only committed a few minor violations regarding illegal contact with recruits similar to ones committed by Peveto last year. Then they threw him under the bus and forced him to resign. LSU lost a great coach and recruiter who will most likely be coaching in the NFL next season.

He sucked at coaching receivers. Dropped balls, lining up wrong etc.

I'm pissed because he stopped contact with some of our better recruits in the state next year. So yea... I guess you could say i'm "pissed off about McCarthy."

yea, no conspiracy here...he messed up, we likely knew about way before we 'found out' about it, and so therefore we smooth it over as best we can - the same as any school would do

I mean its not complicated. McCarthy rented an apartment for a kid, which is srs business and LSU doesn't want it widely publicized.
Therefore you investigate, self-report, let it become second tier news and let the coach have the rest of salary(which is a drop in the bucket for the TAF) that we he doesn't go cause a media shite storm or blow things up with recruit.
