If this is indeed true, what happens when she and Selmy get around each other?

Selmy betrays Dany for love, ie. Ashara. . It is known.

It's one of my favorites.

Varys was with his sister Serra Blackfyre on her death bed and heard her dying wish to put her son on the throne. Ned heard his sister's dying wish to keep her son away from the throne.

Maybe I missed this discussion, but where is the evidence that would keep this from being in Category III?

I only recall a discussion here, so I agree it should be III.

The updated list so far: (and I edited first post for all jonny come lately)

I. It is known (proven)

II. It is supported (popular theories here)

III. Crackstreet Gossip

I.
- Rattleshirt (re-animated)= Mance
- Catelyn Stark (re-animated) = Lady Stoneheart

II.
- R+L=J
- Gregor Clegane (re-animated) = Robert Strong
- TKotLT = Lyanna Stark
- Ashara Dayne is Septa Lemore
- Varys = Blackfyre
- Pate = Jaqen H'ghar

III.

- Tyrion = Targ (TMK + JL= Imp)
- Dayne = Mance
- CotF = The Others
- Jojen Reed = Howland Reed
- Syrio = Jaqen H'ghar
- The sailors wife = tyrions ex
- Darkstar = Real Aegon

Help me out, who wore Renly's armor during Blackwater? (I)

and who wore Sandor's helm trashing the realm that Brienne killed? (I)

and should we add (I)Jon Aryn's murderer = Lysa Tully (via LF?)
and (I or II)Joffrey's murderer = ? Was the Queen of Thorns, right?

and need to make (II) Sandor = the Gravedigger

I just thought of another Category II

Pate = Jaquen

It's pretty much a given that it is Jaqen, but it isn't 100%.

Yep, familiar with that one - will add to list (II) - unless any arguments?

The list is a living thing...feel free to change if don't agree with categories...just support why the change.

Check my edits below list above, need help at bottom.

Here's another (I) - Joffrey = second attempt on Bran, through hired thug...yes? How to phrase it?

Second? Are you considering Jaime pushing him being the first?

yeah -

Jamie pushed out of window, then Joffrey hired thug to finish job when unconscious...with that knife to pin on Tyrion. This was said from another POV, so not sure if fact (I) or opinion (II). I'm leaning toward (I) for simplicity's sake.

I'm off to work...if someone else wants to update list, awesome. I will check back later.

So does everybody subscribe to the R+L=JS theory? It is pretty much accepted as fact in this thread and on Westeros forums (the few times that I have been there).

I would like to hear from anybody out there who has a dissenting opinion on this.

These 2 are all but confirmed

that's like a 1.5

NIH, I love the theory of Littlefinger hiring Mandon

I'm almost positive that Littlefinger convinced Joffrey to execute Ned.

Littlefinger's quotes about the midget show and the horse being led to water make me think it's true. He led Joffrey to do it. His weakness has always been Cat and now Sansa, he probably thought he would have a shot at her again.

LF was never fond of Tyrion and most likely saw him as more of a threat than anyone else outside of Varys in King's Landing.

Definitely. I liken Varys' murder of Kevan to Littlefinger's hiring of Mandon. Keeping the competent men from messing up any plans
