Louisiana is better, but crystal is great too. I don't really like Tabasco...too much vinegar.

I use Tabasco in the situation I want concentrated heat. I use Louisiana when I want a more dilute heat.

Apples and Oranges...

These are two different sauces.

Tabasco is pepper sauce.
Crystal is hot sauce.

I love them both in their respective roles.

I always considered Crystal to have more vinegar the consistency is much more liquid even.

Louisiana is better than both.
FWIW, Cholula (Mexican hot sauce) is pretty damn good too.
