Yes, being tall gives them an advantage in some aspects, but the lack of quickness hurts them in other aspects.

I think LSU wins because last year, Bama needed a pick-six just to make it to overtime against an 8-5 LSU squad. I think LSU wins because we don't have two lame co-defensive coordinators any more, just one damn good one. I think LSU wins because The Bear is f**king dead. I think LSU wins because The Hat will have at least one excellent surprise for Bama, and it will make Saban really mad. I think LSU wins because LSU is rising, and Bama is falling. I think LSU wins because we upgraded our QB from last year, while Bama downgraded its QB. I think LSU wins because Saban has proven repeatedly that his teams can and will overlook the opposition. I think LSU wins because we've won 7 of the last 10, and 4 straight in that trailer park they call Bryant-Denny. I think LSU wins because Bama hasn't played anyone as good as LSU. I think LSU wins because Les Miles is a better recruiter, motivator and human being than Nick Saban. I think LSU wins because everyone from Alabama is a web-toed, mouth-breathing grandma-humper with a single-digit IQ.
