JD McCoy doesn't fit in the jock douche role very well IMO. Saracen should have beat his ass.

Saracen

he wont last the whole season IMO...I think he will end up going to the school in Chicago or some other college...not unless he starts coaching for east dillon, but that would require him to talk

I agree, he is pretty pathetic right now. I wonder why he is delivering pizzas. I would think being manager of the Alamo Freeze would pay better

West Dillon is the Panthers. East Dillon is the new red team.

It's fricking great to have this show back. I can't wait for East Dillon to get those kick arse new Nebraska Uni's from the inro. Potential to be a great season

Anybody else think Riggins will end up coaching with Sarasin?

Landry might end up as QB. I think this season might bring back the magic of the first season.

Yeah, I think it's setting up for Landry to become the QB. Especially after Sarecen's granny called him out.

re: Friday Night Lights: Season 4
So I watched the first show on Project Free TV. It's not great quality imagewise, but I don't feel like waiting for this season on NBC and as far as I could tell, it wasn't on Hulu yet.

The McCoys are becoming too cartoonish as the villains this season. Also, I am willing to give the writers a pass on the whole Aikman/Coach Taylor situation last year, but Landry is seriously the only Panther affected by redistricting? Come on. At least they are playing the Adam Banks angle next week with one of the star Panthers (though we've never heard his name in Season 3).

I like how we aren't seeing bratty Julie right now, and it will be interesting to see how Landry and Riggins evolve this season, now that they are no longer Panthers. It looks like the two new characters for this season are Vincent and the chick who wants to sing. The gung-ho assistant coach might be around, too. I wonder if he will be able to translate his PeeWee success to the next level

Also, did anyone else think that Riggins was modeling his accent on Peter Berg's real voice?
