Multiple sources are reporting that the Cleveland Browns have signed quarterback Vince Young on Thursday. Also signing with the team is veteran QB Tyler Thigpen.

Young last played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011, while Thigpen played four games for the Buffalo Bills in 2012. Both quarterbacks will most likely back up Brian Hoyer who is coming off of knee surgery.
