Aaron Hernandez's attorney James Sultan said Tuesday during his closing statements his client did not murder Odin Lloyd but did witness the shooting. Per CBSSports.com:

During his closing arguments Tuesday in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial, defense attorney James Sultan said Hernandez did not know what to do after witnessing the murder of his friend, Odin Lloyd.

"Did he make all the right decisions? No," Sultan said. "He was a 23-year-old kid who witnessed a shocking killing, committed by someone he knew. He didn't know what to do, so he just put one foot in front of the other."
Sultan blamed Hernandez's co-defendants, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz for murdering Odin Lloyd.

The jury will start deliberating the case once the closing arguments wrap up on Tuesday.
