That cop is stupid. Great trade for the browns. They can cut him tomorrow, still be on hook for salary, and still win. And it's the browns, not the pats that got the best of you Houston.

Its a smart trade. Buy a 2nd round pick with money you need to spend and cut/trade Osweiler away. Browns made a smart play with the trade.

Houston PD just doesn't understand that Cleveland paid for a 2nd round pick. They fleeced Houston because they have enormous amounts of cap space.
