Chris Johnson visiting with New York Jets

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports
ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter is reporting that free-agent running back Chris Johnson is visiting the New York Jets on Tuesday. This is his first team visit since being cut by the Tennessee Titans on April 4th.
quote:

Johnson, 29, is a three-time Pro Bowler who would add a legitimate speed threat to a Jets backfield that features the 222-pound Chris Ivory, who rushed for a career-high 833 yards last season.

The Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins and Atlanta Falcons also have expressed interest in Johnson, sources told ESPN.
Johnson was the 24th selection in the 2008 draft out of East Carolina.
