Before he gets drafted by an NFL team this week, former Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater did something pretty great for his mom. Per YouTube...
quote:

"When Teddy Bridgewater was in the 3rd grade he promised his mother, Rose, he'd get her a Pink Cadillac Escalade when he became a professional football player. After a lot of tears and hard work, Teddy made good on his promise. Watch their story in a new documentary directed by Spike Lee."
You can jump to the 6:25 mark of clip...

He shoulda picked another color. What happens when he is out of the league in 4 years after his rookie contract expires and he is broke? He gonna need some wheels......

Was it a smart move? Probably not.

Will he be in the NFL for a long time? Doubt it, but you never know.

Was it a selfless act and something that he can feel good about? You better believe it.

Look at the bigger picture here people.
