SEC Ends Licensing Deal With EA Sports

The SEC has ended its licensing deal with EA Sports less than a month after the NCAA did so as well. According to lostlettermen.com...
quote:

"As it currently stands, next year’s edition of the video game manufacturer’s college football franchise will be sans name and trademarks for both college sports’ governing body and the conference responsible for the last seven national champions. And as Yahoo! Sports’ Christopher Wilson suggests, the SEC could very well put pressure on each of its 14 member schools — who control their own licensing and trademark decisions — to get in line."

Next year will be the last year the game is released by EA as the contract is up. But the NCAA and SEC are no longer license or trademark the game.

Basically it's gonna come out but it will probably suck
