The Pac 12 has fined and reprimanded USC for deflating game balls below NCAA regulated levels during the Oregon game. Officials found three deflated balls before the game and two more at halftime. The Trojans blamed a student manager gone rogue and have relieved him of his duties.

Per ESPN: "The manager, who was not named, admitted to deflating footballs"

Of course the manager was not named becasue the "manager" was Kiffin.

i dont have any doubt Kiffin was behind this. but what is the point of deflating the balls and wouldnt it be obvious to anyone who handled one?
