You may remember Sean Tuohy. He's the adopted father of former Ole Miss lineman and Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Michael as portrayed in the 2009 movie "The Blind Side." But now he is campaigning for the Ole Miss AD job. Tuohy is a former Ole Miss basketball player who is the SEC’s all-time assists leader. His adopted son, Oher, played his college ball for the Rebels. Ole Miss’s new head coach also happens to be Hugh Freeze, who was Oher’s high school coach. Tuohy told the Memphis Commercial Appeal...
quote:

“I’m probably giving myself more credit than I deserve, but I’m perfect for what Ole Miss needs right now,” “Ole Miss has a good brand, but it should be one of the brightest shining brands.
“It is not like it’s a dead soldier. When you dig past the athletic department, the school is the best it has ever been. Athletically, we’ve been OK at times, but we haven’t been at our best.
“For us to successfully compete in the SEC, we have to be at our best all the time, and there’s no reason why we can’t do that.”
Tuohy is currently a television announcer for the Memphis Grizzlies .
