During the SEC Coaches Teleconference on Wednesday, LSU head coach Les Miles said that he has not named a starting quarterback for Saturday's game against Florida and will not do so until later this week.
quote:

"We’re really playing both guys and giving both a lot of reps," Miles said, also adding that a decision would not be made until "the back end of the week."

"They’re seeing how the week’s unfolding," Miles said. "Our guys are seeing the development and they understand how we’re playing them. When we make a decision, they’ll know.”

what difference does it make ? That beautiful I formation that goodoleles loves so much will take care of whoever the qb is. by the time we play Arkansas there may be some real heat on goodoleles.

Harris is the better QB which means Miles will start Jennings. You can quote me on that.

Harris is the best QB, and should be the starter going forward. If you watched Harris against MSU and NMST, and focus only on accuracy, you will see that he can put the ball where it needs to go.

Do not look at the competition as it does not matter. Look at the throws. Where the ball is placed. IMO, the Auburn game was just waaaay too big of a debut for him. He was seeing ghosts that weren't there. Hearing footsteps that were nowhere near. The kid was flat out scared. Every throw was off, even the one to Dupre deep that set up the TD.

IMO, the Florida fanbase has almost checked out, and he already got his first start over with. If he starts, he will do well, and get better as the game goes along. If he comes in later (after 4-5 drives), he will rip UF a new a-hole.

My belief is that Auburn, the moment, the crowd, rattled him from the moment he stepped on the field. He will play MUCH better this week.

Somehow, this is not even interesting anymore.

Needs to be BH, but its miles. If he puts in Harris he will likely set him up to fail again, he needs to start a game with easy throws to establish a rhythm and I think if he does, he will do fine
