According to a Baton Rouge Police warrant, the victim said she was visiting the complex and knocked on Mills door. He opened the door and then closed it in her face so she knocked again. She walked away but said she heard someone say something and when she turned around, Mills punched her in the mouth.

The victim fell to the pavement and was knocked unconscious, the warrant said. Four stitches were required to close the cut on her lip.

Mills was identified in a six-person lineup by the victim as the victim, Redsticknow.com reported. A witness also came forward and corroborated the victim's statement.
According to LSU Sports Information Director Michael Bonnette, Mills has been indefinitely suspended from the football team.
