In the most recent "A Letter From Joe Alleva" release on LSUSports.net, Vice Chancellor and Athletic Director Joe Alleva states that Tiger Stadium capacity will be over 100,000 after the South Endone expansion is complete.
quote:

Finally, we’re less than five months away from the start of football season and the opening of the fantastic South End Zone expansion in Tiger Stadium. Those of you who joined us for the Spring Game on April 5 got a first-hand look at the project, which will raise Death Valley’s capacity to over 100,000! The expansion will enhance the aesthetics of Tiger Stadium and its standing as the nation’s most intimidating presence for opposing teams.

LSU don't care. all seats sold, they don't care if no one is there to watch it.

And where is everyone going to park? It's bad enough now, only going to get worse. :-( If the trend continues, I'll have a great place to park---in my driveway and I will watch the game on the big screen. Added benefit, I can have a beer while watching the game.

Not trying to be negative but the stadium was half empty by halftime of most games last yr? I know that the tickets are sold but it sure looks bad.
