According to a report by Clay Travis of FoxSports.net, Ole Miss football players Denzel and Robert Nkemdiche are being sued for alleged battery from an incident that occurred in February 2013.

The suit alleges that Denzel punched a man who was at the Kappa Alpha Franterity house in the back of the head and knocked him out. Robert, who was still in High School at the time, and five other football players began kicking and stomping the man. The man began convulsing and was taken to the emergency room and treated for severe head injuries.

The Nkemdiche brothers are being sued for battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Isn't there a history of them getting into altercations? Read about the younger brother starting trouble at a frat party or something.
