According to multiple sources, LSU sophomore offensive lineman Ethan Pocic has a very good chance of starting at center in place of senior Elliott Porter in LSU’s season opener against Wisconsin on Aug. 30.

Core 6 Athletes, a Training & Event Company that has worked with Pocic before, tweeted this out on Wednesday:

The 6'7", 300-pound former five-star prospect out of Lemont, IL was also mentioned Wednesday night during coach Les Miles radio show.

It is not certain whether Pocic won the position or if Porter is dealing with an injury, as coach Miles does not reveal injuries.

Good for Ethan he obviously has worked his but off to even be considered to start over Porter.
