According to ESPN, USC has hired Washington's Steve Sarkisian as its new football coach.

"Sarkisian took over Washington in 2009 and led the Huskies to a 34–29 record and 24-21 in the Pac-12 over five seasons. Washington is 8-4 this season and finished third in the Pac-12 North with a 5-4 conference record. Washington did not play USC this season.

Sarkisian interviewed with USC over the weekend, a source told ESPN."
