Apparently former Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt wants to get back into coaching, and he wants to possibly do it at UConn. Nutt reportedly called a Connecticut high school coach unsolicited, seeking information about the high school landscape within the state.
quote:

“Houston wanted to know about the landscape of football in Connecticut and what kind of players we had, the skill-level, and the hot-beds for talent,” said the coach who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “I guess he’s doing his research. I was taken by surprise a little bit. I’m not sure how he got my cell number.”
Good fit for UConn?

well, we now have instgrams, twitter, tweeter and facebook - not to mention the current fad of texting messages - he would be a nice fit in the N/E - lots of cell towers up der.
