My husband does a glaze with maple syrup and Dijon mustard, but I don't know proportions or other ingredients. I just know that the end result tastes good....

Probably some very underwhelming crawfish and corn bisque I made with leftover crawfish from a boil. Without a working kitchen, I tried making it in the crock pot. Really, I should look at recipes more often....

Jason's Deli has some good salads. Is that considered fast food? Probably not. The Nutty Mixed Up Salad is delicious, and you can get a slightly smaller version to cut some calories....
