Depending on when the video was taken. Pre or early rut 1.5. If it was late or post rut he's probably 2.5 and a little run down....

Find a consistent anchor point, preferably bone to bone (knuckle to jawbone for example). Without a repeatable anchor you are going to struggle with shot consistentcy. Other than that make sure the bow fits you draw length wise, that you aren't trying to use too much draw weight (you should be ab...

They help more with felt vibration than they do with noise. On an older bow they will most certainly quiet it down a little. A string stop and string dampners would be more effective. Black Eagle arrows are what I'm shooting this year. I'd have to know your draw weight, arrow length, and broadhead weight you plan to shoot before I could recommend what arrow spine you need. (I believe that bow's IBO is around 310 which is going to put you at a 350 or 400 spine depending on the abo...
I thought shorter arrows needed more help with FOC.
All things equal, a longer arrow will have a lower FOC. Longer arrows also have a weaker spine, therefore forcing you to shoot (for example) a .300 spine rather than a .340 spine (to achieve a proper tune). This adds to the ov...
what is FOC
The measurement of the balance point of a finished arrow relative to the actual center of the arrow. A higher FOC (more forward balance point) will give more stable flight in a crosswind and better penetration. [link=(http://archeryreport.com/2010/09/arrow-foc-basics...

I shoot Slick Trick Magnums in 125 grain. If you are a 28 inch draw or less 100 grain heads are fine. If you are a 29+ inch draw you will benefit from shooting 125 grain heads. The extra 25 grains helps the FOC of longer arrows....
