You could do that, put 15 extremely expensive purebred angus heifers on it, and keep that bastard looking like the 18th green. ...

 I'm sure it's 84 acres of astro turf laid over a nascar track. Get a 150hp tractor with a 15' batwing and you can cut 80 acres of briars and popcorn trees in a day. ...

Used to run a 12' batwing bushog with a 45 horse john Deere. It would do it but thats all it wanted. Conversely, the 135hp massy would run a 15' like it wasn't even there through a popcorn tree farm. ...

I was in my last semester with only the end of senior project left and a job lined up already. There's no replacement for work ethic and a drive to learn all aspects of the industry....

It happens. One of the biggest gripes you hear from the older guys about the new guys is that they feel like they're above doing some less than glorious work. Be that guy who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right and you won't have to worry about bad job markets. ...
i didnt work my arse off to be a glorified technician
You don't deserve a good job with that attitude. What resources are you using to find openings? There are countless ways to network via Internet. Use indeed.com, LinkedIn, your school site, facebook, etc. Be as diverse and persistent as possible. The opportunities are there, you just need to go get them. And of course, you're going to get sh...

I had to branch out from internships and just do general industrial work. I graduated in mechanical engineering so I did anything that got me in a plant. If I couldn't get an internship, I did contract construction or maintenance. It was a HUGE help in the interviews when I could show how much expos...

I would. Explain the situation in the interview. If you can't get a job with the experience you have and you're get more experience and paying the bills doing it. Work your arse off and do a good job at everything. I ended up with two job offers from contacts I got doing a job mixing refractory and d...

Pulling wire or mounting servers is relevant. You can find a labor job that's going to help you professionally when times get good and you'll be making more than $40k a year. You'll also probably learn how much work can suck, but that's a very good professional tool to have. It means a whole lot...

Just be ready to have friends who you KNOW cannot do their job as well as you could do it making twice as much money as you. Crutch of having a shitty GPA. You don't have much leverage at all unless somebody throws you a highball offer. ...
