It still uses a round file. It's just a guide with a line at 30* to help you keep the angle right. You still have to do it. I just use a round file if I'm taking my time and drinking beer. A quick touch up on the tailgate is what that thing is best for IMO. ...

Plastic wedges are money. I don't even bother sharpening chains for my little saw. I just buy a new one. At $13 I have a hard time making myself sharpen it. I never can get those low kickback chains sharp like they need to be anyway. I can sharpen the piss out of a normal RS, but those green...

I didn't know they still made it. That's what I have. I think you'll be happy as long as you realize you aren't going to run a timber company with it. If what you said you needed it for was accurate I think it's a perfect saw. ...

There's little things about huskys that scream cheap. For instance, my buddy's slung the chain and it broke the gas tank. Repair costed almost as much as the saw. How do you not design a chainsaw with slinging the chain in mind???...

I'm haven't looked lately so I'm not sure, but an ms171 should be about 225 with a 14" bar and a 291 I guess would be around 350 with an 18" bar. I paid $205 for my ms170 but that was probably 8ish years ago...

Placed 6th at a regional track meet my senior year. Didn't make state. I went about my normal routine for the rest of the meet and cheered on my friends, but I don't think I left the locker room till about 2am. I knew I wasn't college material and that was pretty much the best I was going to do....

re: Best concealed carry gun
Posted by DownshiftAndFloorIt on 9/20 at 12:09 am
Small .357's are great if you can hang on to them. Not many people can really shoot them well repeatably. A light .357 bucks and roars far outside of most peoples comfort zone. I have a 3" GP100 which is a hefty chunk of a gun and it's still pretty tough to shoot quick with thermonuclear loads. ...
