I understand whatbits supposed to be. It's extremely flawed in what it's attempting to be though, since it's literal. For instance, the earth doesn't really move downward when Chuck Norris does a push-up. But for anyone to break the hour record, they would need to do it in under 60 minutes. ...

Sounds like you need work on tactics or short-duration power. There is no reason you should be mediocre Cat 5 anywhere with an FTP of ~4W/kg. ...
