You could go over to Ft Worth since you will be halfway there from Arlington. Check out the Stockyards [link=(http://www.fortworthstockyards.org/Business.aspx?bId=25&type=1)]LINK[/link]. They have a cattle drive twice a day that is kitschy but fun. You could hit one of my favorite mexican food spots...

I'm not a fan of plastic. Too many hormone and hormone interrupters are released, especially when its heated and/or exposed to UV. I just upgraded to a SS immersion coil so I put my old copper coil in an ice bath to pre cool the water before it enters my SS coil in the Wort. Works pretty good....
