It is very disheartening how little the parents are involved, but the teachers are held accountable for everything. If I child is in danger of failing there must be multiple documented cases that the teacher tried to contact the parent and that there has been intervention plans developed to help the...

What I don't understand is why the last roundup was in 2008 and the one before that was in 2001. As much as teachers are being held accountable, parents are not.
