| The aesthetic problem with the West Upper... Posted by rohanman on 8/25 at 9:54 pm is that it was designed to look new, clean, and modern. This may have worked okay, but when they had to put the sun shades over the glass windows, the facade no longer had that new, shiny, modern look. Instead, it resembles a prison with bars over the windows.
