| re: Richard Jolly's 5 Best and 5 Worst BPL Signings of the Season Posted by LSUSOBEAST1 on 5/21 at 6:26 pm That rationale can be applied to every player on that list, maybe with the exception of RVP and United.
I mean, without Cazorla Arsenal still have £20m to spend on another top player. Highly doubtful they could have signed someone who would have replicated Cazorla's accomplishments this season, b...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |
| re: Can someone quickly give me a BADASS salad recipe? Posted by LSUSOBEAST1 on 5/21 at 6:15 pm Slice red and yellow grape tomatoes and throw it in a bag with some sliced red onions, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and a homemade balsamic dressing.
Throw that mix on top of a bed of spinach and sprinkle with feta.
I also enjoy summer squash salads, radish salads, spinach and strawberry salad...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

| re: Richard Jolly's 5 Best and 5 Worst BPL Signings of the Season Posted by LSUSOBEAST1 on 5/21 at 4:36 pm Yea I considered that. It's tough. There was an exceptional amount of great transfers this season, particularly of young players.

| re: Richard Jolly's 5 Best and 5 Worst BPL Signings of the Season Posted by LSUSOBEAST1 on 5/21 at 4:06 pm The list is clearly arbitrary, but it still holds value.
The author clearly valued three major areas (probably in this order):
1. Price (bang for buck)
2. Future potential (except Lukaku)
3. Immediate contributions
He compromised a bit in terms of the numerical ranking, but it remains fa...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

| re: Richard Jolly's 5 Best and 5 Worst BPL Signings of the Season Posted by LSUSOBEAST1 on 5/21 at 3:15 pm Nastasic is also 20 years old and could potentially play in the league for the next decade. The price City got him at is absolutely unreal - he has nearly doubled his value in half a season. Cazorla is 28 and probably only has 2-3 years left at the level he's at.
Still accurate IMO. ...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

| re: EPL's Most Ineffective XI 2012/13 Posted by LSUSOBEAST1 on 5/21 at 2:20 am I'm not doubting the potential talent France could pull together. The locker room just isn't stable, and we saw firsthand what that could do to the squad in 2010.
Also, how much different will the squad be from then? Just curious. I'm not too familiar with their newest generation outside of the b...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

Whether or not England succeed in Brazil is yet to be known, but they are transitioning to a contemporary style which should facilitate improved competitiveness internationally (IMO).
