You can see Wildcat from Reliant and it is a good layout. More of a links style. Where are you staying. That is probably the biggest issue. There are 100's of good courses but I wouldn't recommend driving all across town to get to them...

If you are keeping the car more short tern the bmw is the way to go. All majntenace J's paid for for the first 50k miles. That is a great incentive. I prefer the bmw m cars but they are all great. Yes you can. You will have to get an elevation certificate performed by a surveyor. I would recommend going at least 2' above. Maybe even three so if the maps are ever updated and it goes up you are covered....
