I have never hunted during primitive weapon season. If I read the rules correctly you are allowed to use a shot gun that single shot and has an exposed hammer. If this is the case what is the effective range of say a 20 or 12 gauge with buckshot? ...

I started hunting with one last year after shooting a friend of mines. They are fast and flat. Killed 3 deer and a hog with it. Mine is a low end marlin, paid $200 for it with a $149 redfield scope. Been shooting 100 grain core lockt out of it. ...

Its the 60 day mark +10 days. So you can do them for duration of the trip. If the kid is into frozen, make sure to get a fastpass for the character meet. Lines are very long for that. ...
