Dont drink calories other then protein and milk, alcohol is ok in moderation just not all the time.

I did it in December to jump start and lost 17 lbs in 21 days. I did the velocity diet a couple years ago which is a psmf but all shakes except one meal a day. I lost 26lbs in 28 days.
