2-Make sure your upper lid is pulled up enough. If you run your finger up your cheek and pin your lid to your brow bone, its impossible to blink

Same sort of deal. Had gotten one back from 2010 too and once my CPA got it and redid the numbers, the IRS actually had to pay me $300. I just and the letter over to my CPA and let her handle it. I put the mower in storage for 6 mo and when I got the mower out, all the gas that had been in tank evaporated. Filled it up and it start on first crank.
