MRI from Monday (yeah for Xanax) came back with inflamed AC joint, tendonosis, bursitis .. no calcification yet (my notes from what the doctor told me by phone).

| Garmin 210 or 110 -- question for runners Posted by tiger91 on 4/13 at 10:14 am The Garmin 210 has foot pod and the 110 doesn't. The other difference is that the 210 can be set for interval training. There is a cost difference but it is of no difference to me.
1) Do you NEED/BENEFIT from a footpod?
2) I will assume that the interval training would be beneficial.

Squats/lunges/clamshells/1 leg squats ... female runner here with weak hips and it band problems. Stretching like HELL and doing these things 3 x per week; 1 or 2 sets of 15.
