| Turducken on grill Posted by bbuisson on 11/21 at 8:42 am Does anyone have recommendations about cooking a turducken on the grill? (How long, Covered or uncovered, which side up?) I have a Big Green Egg and I have smoked a bunch of turkeys and they come out great. This is my first attempt at the turducken so I don't want to F it up.
