| Was Sal Sunseri the worst hire in SEC history? Posted by Tennessee Jed on 6/17 at 4:50 pm Yes.
Dooley was in a make or break year, he returned 10/11 starters on a nationally ranked top 25 defense. Dooley some how came to the conclusion that it was the perfect time for a 3/4 swap and to hand the reigns over to a guy whose never called a defensive play in his life.

I'd love to see how many your team has. While ESPN tends to be frowned upon OTB, I think it's great if your players are higher up their boards as they're the dominant new...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |
| Charles Mosley - **** DT, Brighton TN Posted by Tennessee Jed on 6/17 at 1:40 pm per the lastest 247 article. Mosley still seems to be favoring Alabama, but Tennessee has definitely made up for Dooley's blunder.
Mosley was quoted as saying, Butch Jones told him he's the number 1 guy on our board.
Most say he's still a Bama lean, but Vol fans everywhere are hoping Bama ...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

| Jones vs Cameron: Honduras Match Posted by Tennessee Jed on 6/17 at 8:58 am It's sounding like Jones has fully recovered and is ready to go. This presents a little bit of a dilema for ol' Jurgen. Does he roll with the vet, our battle captain, Jermaine Jones, or does he stick with Cameron, who's coming off an outstanding game.
The other option could be to play both. Jo...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

| Let's discuss young Josmer Posted by Tennessee Jed on 6/12 at 10:04 am 23 years old, 31 goals in Europe, running sh*t in WCQ. He's playing the lone striker position like a seasoned vet. There's no doubt in my mind he'll be champions league quality sooner than later.
My question, and I know it's been posted before, but does Jozy need another year in Holland, or i...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |
| Who would you like to see fill in for Jones and Zusi? Posted by Tennessee Jed on 6/10 at 9:49 am I'm thinking Davis for Zusi(Fab to RW), and Klejstan for Jones.
In the end, I think Jurgen will settle on Cameron, but I really like what Klejstan does in the CDM role. He was one of our few bright spots verse Belgium, I'm really hoping he gets another look....Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |
| Board's thoughts on Diego Fagundez Posted by Tennessee Jed on 6/3 at 10:36 am Real up and commer with the New England Revolution. He appears to have very high quality Euro-League potential. He's also Uruguayan-American, moved to the US at 5, has spent, essentially, his entire life in the Boston-Metro area. He's currently eligble for both nations, and has only appeared twice ...Posted on: Jump to Post View Topic |

I'm talking the greatest coach, of all time, of any sport. I say yes, unequivocally yes, you'd be hard-pressed to find another coach capable of creating this amount of sheer dominance.

| Spinoff Thread: If you had to choose one outcome for your team this year Posted by Tennessee Jed on 1/7 at 12:52 pm Would you rather win the BCS title, or be ranked as the 6th most valuable CFB program by the WSJ?
I really can't decide, both are extremely prestigious and noteworthy accomplishments.

| Which fans are least likely to know the difference between 'worst' and 'worse Posted by Tennessee Jed on 1/4 at 10:40 am I don't think there's been a thread on this board where at least one person hasn't used worse/worst incorrectly.
It's really pretty embarrassing. If I had to take a stab at which fan base are the biggest perpetrators I'd have to say LSU.

| Complete Hypothetical - LSU vs Notre Dame Posted by Tennessee Jed on 1/1 at 12:32 pm I know a lot of the Tiger fans think they're capable, or should have been competing for a national championship this year.
Let's just say, it's a damn good thing they didn't make it to Miami.
I'm convinced that LSU could play Notre Dame ten times, and not amass more than 10 first downs.

| Out-coached, Out-Talented, Out-Played: Out-Classed Posted by Tennessee Jed on 1/1 at 10:21 am Those four words sum up LSU in the Peach Bowl last night. I would say it's embarrassing, but it's what we should have been expecting. That team has been severely underwhelming all year.
