| Tips for waking up refreshed? Posted by LSUbase13 on 4/3 at 7:41 am I cannot recall one time in my life when I have woken up in the morning feeling refreshed and energized and ready to go. Is it possible to achieve this? Coffee and a shower has been my only option to really wake up. Do any of you wake up with tons of energy and ready to go?
