Marriage does not have a predetermined condition of being able to produce children buddy. Plenty of couples get married who arent biologically able to reproduce.

You mean those evangelicals who say "stay out of our lives govt, only God judges, practice your own beliefs in your own way, etc"?

If conservatives (which I am) would think the whole gay marriage issue all the way through, they would realize that gay marriage is consistent with conservative values.

I have mentioned this to you in the past, and without any "communists" in sight, several of the gay acquaintances and friends I had were against it. My best friend's older brother put it as "I wish those queens would shut the frick up." It was not an uncommon position in my conversations with those I knew.

Is the US next?

Hopefully not. The federal government needs to completely disassociate itself from marriage; it's none of their business. And France and England are hardly a model for how our government affairs should be managed.

It's not "gay marriage". It's "same sex"marriage.

There is a difference between the two.
