| IWB, good belt, loose shirt or light jacket to reduce printing. Like the Comptac Minotaur and Crossbreed style hybrid holsters. Like 'em a lot, but all that time in the military I'm used to the weapon either on the hip, or IWB in the small of the back (carried a 92F like that in winter clothes, no problem.) | Chest rig right over my heart. backup in thigh holster. 1 point sling for my AR. Just kidding. I do need a chest rig, though. Kind of pointless to have all those mags if I can't carry them in case the unthinkable happens. Just can't bring myself to buy one for feeling ridiculous. | I conceal carry. Never open carry. The goal is to survive and protect what is important to me, not become a target. I use a cheap IWB and my Glock 23 when its cold out and I am wearing layers. It prints pretty bad and is just not thin by any means. I always carry this one on my side due to no grip safety. I carry my XDs whenever I am walking a lot or will be wearing it all day. If I am wearing pants (95% of the time) I carry it on my side in a Crossbreed Minituck. When I am wearing shorts I use the same holster but wear it on the small of my back to minimize printing. When I tuck my shirt in, I carry a small J frame .38 on my ankle in a boot holster. Very uncomfortable so rarely worn and rarely tuck my shirt in too because of this. Reply • Back to Top |
