Hope he wins, but his ceiling is low. He's slow, and his backhand is below average. His foot speed will limit his potential big time. Good serve and forehand though. Reply Back to Top

His talent maxed out a couple years ago. He can still give some good players a match when he's having a good serving day Reply Back to Top

Tennis has a drug problem. See Djoker and his countryman Tipsaravic(???) for starters. Nadal too. But hey, bury your heads like you do w/ NFL or did w/ MLB, or Armstrong. Reply Back to Top

This kid is battling like crazy. He just fought off a match point. 5-5 in the fourth. This post was edited on 1/13 at 8:40 pm Reply Back to Top
Just insane what's going on here. Johnson was down 2-4 in the fourth set tiebreaker and looked like he was dead. At 4-5, he breaks off a ridiculous forehand drop shot winner from the baseline. Guns a forehand at 5-6 to fight off a second match point. Pops an ace to close out the set. This kid is straight balls. I think he will get destroyed in the fifth, but what you have to understand is he had an absolutely insane gauntlet to qualify. Johnson won 17-15 in the third set in the first round of qualification, then two more rounds just to get in the main draw. This post was edited on 1/13 at 9:00 pm Reply Back to Top
quote: He's probably going end up getting into the top 50, which isn't bad considering his backhand is so weak. Reply Back to Top Refresh |
