| I don't believe there was a staged incident at all, but it's certainly possible that We the Sheeple were lied to about the true details of the incident. There is evidence to suggest this already. Not to mention that the POTUS and his administration have earned a level of distrust by people who pay attention to details. And don't forget the whole "Never let a crisis go to waste" thing.
