| I think Quinn is going to A&M. Hope I'm wrong but I don't think he comes here. LF and GW will be LSU Reply Back to Top |
| I think A&M taking 10 WR's this year helps us. Not a big loss IMO anyway. Reply Back to Top |

| I hope Quinn comes to LSU. He has had an off the charts high school career. A beast receiver in a Les Miles offense catches 5 balls a game. I just don't want to see people dogging him in a few years because he catches 4 or 5 balls a game. Reply Back to Top |
| agree on both. as long as we get LF I dont care about any others. Reply Back to Top |
| As I said with Desean Smith, Quinn is coming to Lsu. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Yep. Especially in our system, LF is all we need. Reply Back to Top |
| It has to be flattering to LF knowing LSU turned guys away just to save his spot Reply Back to Top |
quote: Yeah, and Les will rotate him in every 2nd or 3rd series with the other backs whoever they are. Les does not feature individual running backs. Les would need to change his offensive strategy in order for a back to be the "feature" back at LSU. And we all know that Les cannot see the forest through the trees when it comes to his offense. This Fournette kid needs to be realistic about his choice of best opportunity. I love LSU but could not fault the dude for leaving the state. Reply Back to Top |
| Hester and Ridley were feature backs. Hopefully Hill has the chance next year with Blue as the #2 then LF and Hilliard get the following year. Reply Back to Top |
Posted by ChuckSteak on 1/11 at 12:07 pm to LsuTool Hopefully all the top talent in LA will be Tigers...because it's just that much sweeter when the homegrown boys can bring the Championship home.Reply Back to Top |
| its gonna be tough to keep all these studs here, keeping Wilson through next NSD will be huge for us. I think Willis, Quinn and LF will all stay here along with Noil. This post was edited on 1/11 at 12:19 pm Reply Back to Top |

Posted by ChuckSteak on 1/11 at 12:16 pm to Bloodworth quote: That has always been my concern with LF coming to LSU...we rotate the backs and Bama typically puts the bulk on their premier back and also has a recent Heisman to boot. Of course, some of LSU's backs are having better NFL careers and workloads than that Heisman winner (i.e. Ridley v Ingram). Also, the fact that LSU will be in need of that depth when LF graduates, my opinion is that those carries would be his to lose once he gets to Tiger Stadium. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Did you miss the entire first half of 2012 when Ware was the feature back? They ride the hot hand, always have. If one guy is a little nicked they spread it around. If one guy is healthy and on it then he carries the load. Reply Back to Top |
| Please don't forget the 3 in state OL: Robinson, Brumfield, and Clapp. This post was edited on 1/11 at 1:03 pm Reply Back to Top Refresh |
