From your username, I can assume you're a barbe fan, and watched him play in high school. Yes, he was pretty good as a high school QB, but there's no way he'd ever see meaningful playing time on the football field, and he realized that and has focused his talents instead on baseball.

I'll always root for this guy not only because we were former classmates in high school, but that he chose to pass up a scholarship at other SEC schools to try and walk-on for LSU football and baseball.
