FOX Sports' Jay Glazer confirms the report. The deal is not yet official, as the agreement is pending the review of the contract by attorneys on both sides. Although early speculation had ex-Browns GM Tom Heckert joining Reid in Kansas City, he's now expected to bring in Packers director of operations John Dorsey to run scouting and the draft. Reid will likely maintain personnel control in a manner similar to Bill Belichick, Mike Shanahan, Pete Carroll, and Jeff Fisher. Ex-Eagles DC Juan Castillo is expected to be hired as OL coach while Pat Shurmur and Brad Childress are candidates for offensive coordinator

This could be a really good fit. Andy Reid is supposed to be really good with qb's. The rumor has been for the last couple of years that the chiefs are really talented at every position group except qb. Charles also seems like the type of rb that Reid likes.

I guess we know Vick's destination, as well as every player that gets dumped by the Eagles.
