In all honesty, Gus has answered the biggest question about him, which is can he hire a quality staff. Great looking staff he has put together. As far a Arkansas staff is concerned, it is the absolute best staff I can remember. We have never had as many true recruiters as Coach Bielema has put together. Things are looking up for both teams.
