re: Minnesota's best receiver quits team; takes to tumblr to explain What's the deal with players being bitchpussies nowadays? The staff fricked up not ordering an MRI. Do you think they did it on purpose? ETA: Did Tate Forcier's dad write that? This post was edited on 11/18 at 6:11 pm Reply Back to Top
Good read. Glad I got a follow up on his story. Wish him the best! Reply Back to Top

What Kill did to his players at NIU makes him a piece of shite players' coach. Most of what he said to Barker doesn't surprise me. The way the trainers handled his ankle injury is the most concerning. Reply Back to Top
Only read about 25% but he seems like he is a damn good writer I wonder if he is an English or Journalism major. Reply Back to Top
Surprised someone with that pussy attitude got that far along in sports anyway. Reply Back to Top

I don't mind the attitude or the message, but what the hell did the kid expect? It's FBS football. For the people running it, it's a business that's hyper competitive, and they're often going to be less than nice people. Top it off with typical human incompetence when it comes to medical treatment, and really-- what did he expect? Flip off Kill, tell people not to play for him, etc-- but acting surprised is just garbage. Reply Back to Top

if the kid has a high ankle sprain he can't just magically heal and play better. Reply Back to Top

Shocker. I was far from a great player at a D II school for baseball. I had some shoulder issues that I was sent to the team doctor to look at. He gave me a couple of cortisone shots and things kept getting worse. They did an MRI and told me that nothing was wrong. I set up an MRI in Lexington and went back and found that I had a torn labrum and frayed rotator cuff. Needless to say, the coach was an a-hole and I left the school. This story doesn't shock me at all. Reply Back to Top
