| re: T bob breaking down game on 104.5 I saw on twitter someone asked him if his dad was gonna go tell les something, he just replied with "haha" T-bob ain't a bad guy, may not have been the best player, but not everyone can. Reply Back to Top |
quote: I agree the play calling is sub par but the WR's have put this offense at the bottom of the country. All they have to do is catch the ball and fall down and we would have destroyed every team we have played so far. We do not have a mobil qb in Mett and WR's or only good at blocking. Piss poor situation for use this year. I didn't think WR's would be an issue after losing RR because OBJ was solid last year and I figured JL would be a great one as well. JL can't seem to get open or isn't looked to and OBJ just events new ways to screw up. This is the offenses downfall this year. Reply Back to Top |

| JL, Magee and Williams haven't had the dropsies this year in games. Start them until they do. Reply Back to Top |
quote: This is what I don't get. If a RB fumbles consistently or misses QB protection, he sits. Why not the receivers who drop passes. What could it hurt? Reply Back to Top |
quote: he was on the radio here a few days after 1/9, debunking some of the rumors about a divided locker room. didn't sound bitter at all. handled the whole not playing thing much better than his dad. Reply Back to Top |
quote: This is why i don't so much fault the play calling. If we just make the plays we win. its the players not the plays. the plays work if the players just catch the pass, hit the right hole. if 14 would see the opening to his right on the 3rd and goal he beats the defender to the corner, there was an opening there, but he gave up on the play when the pass was covered. quote: Maybe it is Adam Henry the WR's coaches fault.Where is Terrence Magee, Armand Williams and Fobbs.Replace the players dropping the passes and try someone else. You have nothing to lose if the others keep dropping passes.Might send them a signal to become more focused. Reply Back to Top |

| I like T-Bob and we should all be glad he snapped the ball vs Tenn in '10. He'd probably make a great OL coach. Wished he'd speak to our 1 TD (18 pts total) in our last three games vs SEC teams (How does ULM score 28 on Auburn and we only 12? How does OM with a rookie QB score 2TDs vs Bama?). I'm suggesting that there's a deeper issue in play than pass drops. Reply Back to Top |

| I know he wasn't a standout player and haven't heard him on the radio yet but T-Bob seems to love LSU and is definitely the more mature and level-headed Bob Hebert of the family. Reply Back to Top |
| Awesome. I hope he has the football knowledge of his father, the intellect of his mother and the sober demeanor of Baptist preacher. He'll then have a career on his hands. Reply Back to Top |
| Yes we have OL issues and some playcalling issues, but our WR play has really killed us. Beckham has struggled, but he's extremely talented. Boone has really struggled of late as well. As a WR you'll drop a few, but this WR corp is dropping easy catches and killing drives. No doubt, if they just catch a few of those drops and OBJ doesn't fumble the long pass it's a completely different game. Hopefully that turns around because if they start holding onto all those drops this offense looks much different. Reply Back to Top |

| Is this audio up anywhere? Checked the audio vault @ 104.5 with no luck. Would like to hear this. Reply Back to Top |
| I've caught him a couple times on the radio and was impressed. He has a pretty damn good delivery and has some great insight. Think he may have a future there. T-Bob is a favorite whipping boy on this board, but he wasn't as bad as LSU "fans" like to believe. In fact, he graded out as the best lineman quite a few times game to game. Reply Back to Top |
| The problem is not only WR's dropping balls. Our coaching staff & offensive leaders are NOT making adjustments at half time just like in the NC Game and we're getting out coached. If LSU had the UF offensive coordinator, and UF had our offensive coaches we would have destroyed Florida. We were out schemed by Muschamp. Did not everyone in the Nation think we'd get blitzed from Mett's blindside all day. Yes we all knew it after AU and Townson. Did we prepare something to counter it? NO we did NOT! That my friend is poor coaching. Reply Back to Top Refresh |
