| Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Louis Armstrong is all you should really need. Find what songs you like of theirs and use pandora to discover other similar songs. Try out all kinds- swing, smooth, funk- and you'll find your style. Reply • Back to Top |
| Check out Ron Miles - Quiver Dianna Krall if you dont already have her stuff. Kermit Ruffin is a NOLA guy who is into the NOLA jazz scene. The Robert Glasper Trio is really good too. Went to HS with him at the performing arts HS in Houston. Hes been legit for a while. Sophie Milman - In The Moonlight is pretty legit too. Reply • Back to Top |
