Homebrewing Thread: racking day I am racking my breakfast stout today and still a little concerned about my high initial gravity I don't think I topped off with enough water after the boil Would it be ok to add water now? I guess my biggest concern is with adding the package of priming sugar to less than 5 gallons resulting in over carbonation Think ill just cut back on the priming sugars This post was edited on 10/7 at 10:57 am Reply Back to Top
What effect does gravity have on brew quality for stouts? This post was edited on 10/7 at 1:16 pm Reply Back to Top
Just bottled a bud clone and a strawberry beer. I got the brewing kit for Father's Day this year. I believe this is a Top 5 gift I have ever received. Reply Back to Top

The only homebrewing thing I did all weekend was find my other temperature controller. It was the only thing I hadn't been able to locate since moving back in April. Found it in a box of wine bottles. I was super excited. Did a little dance. Reply Back to Top
